We kicked off the Gus Macker Season with our Launch Party at O'Kelly's Bar & Grille! We had a great turnout and a full crowd from 7-10 pm. For this year, the Finch Fanatic class did not have to work the Launch Party. Chad and Kaitlyn secured volunteers from other RPL classes to help set up and run the event. They did an amazing job with the Charlie Brown themed decorations and the gift baskets for the silent auction. Our MC's, Logan and Matt were a hit and did a great job keeping the crowd informed and engaged. The rest of our class enjoyed the event with our friends and family and even had some competitive bidding in the Silent Auction.
Some of our most popular items were a Jordan Spieth signed baseball hat, a lap desk made out of wood from an old residence hall that has been torn down, and custom CMU wall decor made out of steel!
